Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer services and handle client’s inquiries in an accurate and timely manner via different channels;
Offer full spectrum of account opening services to meet compliance and service standards;
Responsible for KYC & AML checking and updating client data;
Perform operation tasks, including the clients’ fund subscription and redemption, product description, annual review on clients’ risk profile etc.
Handle inquiries from headquarter and other branches in Mainland China;
Work closely with other business units on ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or related disciplines;
Passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8, 9 or SFC Type 1 and/or Type 2 License holders;
1-2 year relevant experience in customer service, and be familiar with securities account opening procedure, knowledge in opening Corporate account will be an advantage;
Fluency in Mandarin and English (native mandarin speaker preferred);
Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills;
Self-motivated, independent and a good team player;
Shift required;
Immediate available is preferred;
Fresh graduate will be considered.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Client Relationship Clerk.
