Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction and renovation projects, including project planning, schedule control, cost control and quality monitoring;
Building materials procurement management: Evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, material ordering, inspection and acceptance, and inventory management to ensure materials meet specifications, are delivered on time and costs are effectively controlled;
Supervise on-site construction works, coordinate subcontractors and project teams, and resolve material and technical issues during the project period;
Prepare project reports, budgets, progress schedules and variation applications;
Ensure projects comply with the requirements of the Buildings Department, Fire Services Department, safety and environmental regulations;
Handle client communication, project variations and after-sales follow-up matters.
Requirements:
Holder of a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines (Bachelor’s degree or above preferred);
Minimum 5 years of project management or building materials procurement related experience (construction / renovation industry background is preferred but not mandatory);
Candidates with Greater Bay Area building materials market, supplier network and procurement experience are preferred;
Familiar with the building materials market, supplier negotiation and supply chain management, with strong cost control ability;
Strong sense of responsibility, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills; able to handle multiple projects independently.
