What You'll Do:
Identify and develop new business opportunities while cultivating valuable long-term client relationships;
Provide strategic Digital Consultations, Technical Solutions, and tailored recommendations, incorporating AI capabilities and comprehensive digital marketing strategies;
Manage the full client engagement cycle from pitching and quoting to strategic project planning and financial oversight;
Gather and document deep client requirements, collaborating with creative and tech teams to develop innovative web, mobile, and AI-driven solutions;
Create compelling Business Proposals and lead client pitch presentations with high impact, using AI productivity tools to streamline workflows;
Conduct comprehensive Market Research, keeping a sharp eye on emerging digital marketing trends, AI innovations, and modern visibility strategies like GEO;
Research and prepare submissions for industry awards to showcase DigiSalad's achievements, and represent the agency at networking events as a brand ambassador.
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in IT, Mobile, or Digital Marketing (passionate fresh graduates with the right drive and tech-savvy mindset are also highly encouraged to apply);
A degree in Marketing, Communication, Interactive Media, Computer Science, or a related field;
Experience or a solid understanding of UX & UI Design principles, demonstrating your ability to talk confidently about seamless user experiences;
A strong background with Web & Mobile production and IT Solutions would be a distinct advantage;
Solid knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, including performance marketing, content strategy, and a strong proficiency in SEO and SEM;
Strong understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to help clients optimize their brand visibility across AI search tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity);
Hands-on experience utilizing AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) for market research, pitch preparation, proposal writing, or daily workflow optimization;
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and collaborative skills with a consultative mindset;
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required;
Experience working within a Digital Agency environment will be highly regarded;
Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for Business Development Manager .
