Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy robust security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
Execute and manage network and security projects, handling the installation, configuration, and integration of diverse solutions (including Firewalls, EDR, NDR, XDR, and core networking).
Assist in tailored solution design and architecture to address specific customer requirements and business use cases.
Develop and execute custom Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and technical pilots to validate product-fit and demonstrate solution value.
Serve as the key technical point of contact and trusted advisor throughout both pre-sales and post-sales project lifecycles.
Job Requirements
A degree or diploma holder in Computer Science, Engineering and Information Systems or related, with a focus or major in IT security will be highly desirable
3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT network & security, with at least 2 years in technical solutioning and presales is highly preferred.
Experience in working in a customer-facing role and comfortable presenting to a small medium audience on both technical and business-related topics.
Strong knowledge of network switches and routers, include creating VLANs, managing VTP domains, spanning tree, DHCP spoofing, ARP spoofing and port security
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and other technology protocols
Practical knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Firewalls, NGFW, NAT, IPS, AntiMalware, Botnet, Application Control, DDoS, Web Filtering
CCNA / CCNP preferred
Other network & security certification is a plus
