Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI systems and APIs using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Build and integrate AI agents into development workflows for testing, debugging, and deployment automation
• Apply systematic project management to plan, track, and deliver projects on time
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with AI-assisted testing and performance optimization
• Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability using modern DevOps practices
• Document system architecture, including AI-assisted workflows and agent orchestration
• Work independently while collaborating effectively as a team player, open to giving and receiving feedback
• Consistently meet project deadlines with high-quality deliverables

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary package (HKD 20,000–35,000) based on experience and AI capability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field
• 1–3 years of development experience (Open-source contributions or personal projects count)
• Proficiency in Python — the primary language for AI agent development
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and how LLMs work
• Basic understanding of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL concepts
• Familiarity with REST APIs and client-server architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, comfortable with fast feedback cycles
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
