Sportshouse Hiring! Full Time Project - Project Officer in Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Provide coordination and administrative support to retail store projects, including new store openings, renovations, reinstatement works, and maintenance projects
• Assist in coordinating with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments for project follow-up and communication
• Handle project documentation, including quotations, tenders, work schedules, reports, and filing records
• Assist in updating project records, including timelines, progress updates, and action lists
• Support site-related activities, including arranging and attending site visits, assisting in site inspections, and supporting on-site coordination when required
• Report site observations or issues to supervisors in a timely manner when required
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline (preferably Building, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields)
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in retail store projects, fitting-out, renovation, or maintenance coordination
• Basic understanding of retail store project workflow, construction processes, or site operations
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or ability to read drawings is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Well-organized, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Willing to perform outdoor work and attend site inspections when required
