Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administration Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage filing systems and company records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support management and other departments with administrative tasks.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and operating smoothly.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
