Core Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Weigh, measure, and prep ingredients. Assemble appetizers, entrees, and desserts according to standardized recipes.
• Cooking Execution: Monitor food temperatures and presentation before plating.
• Sanitation & Safety: Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and appliances.
• Inventory Management: Store and label food products properly. Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving deliveries.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with fellow cooks, the head chef, and waitstaff to ensure seamless service

Requirement

• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or culinary environment at Indian Foods Restaurant
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with various cooking techniques of Indian foods
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple food orders simultaneously
• Willing to work at Tampoi Johor Bahru.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
