WE ARE HIRING – FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT

Merchant Hotel Penang is seeking a dedicated, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team.

Position: Front Office Assistant
Location: Merchant Hotel Penang, Georgetown, Penang

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests.
• Answer telephone calls and email correspondence promptly and courteously.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth daily hotel operations.

Requirements:

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous hotel front office experience will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 per month (based on experience)
