Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and develop sourcing plans aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Support the end-to-end procurement of digital goods and services, from sourcing to supplier performance monitoring.
• Support contract management, compliance and audit readiness.
• With expertise developed over time, provide procurement advice and guide project teams on procurement processes and queries.
• Partner with central procurement to implement improvements in procurement policies and processes, and roll out initiatives to improve procurement governance, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Use digital procurement systems and tools to streamline work and boost efficiency.
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in teams — both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• An eye for details, comfortable with numbers and documentation.
• Willingness to support operational and administrative tasks as needed, and to take on ad-hoc assignments as required.
