• Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics services (transportation, warehousing, freight, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors.
• Generate leads, conduct sales visits, and present company services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Act as the main contact point for customers on commercial and service-related matters.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor service performance and address customer issues in collaboration with operations.
• Track customer activities, sales targets, and contract renewals.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
