• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs of hostel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building works.
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures, furniture, locks, doors, windows, lighting, and other hostel equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs promptly.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repair works when required and monitor the quality of completed work.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records, ensuring proper usage and safekeeping.
• Support the hostel warden with general upkeep, preventive maintenance, and any other duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Physically fit, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work at Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya
