Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Account Executive to manage the sales process from lead contact to closed deal and client handover. This role is for someone who can work independently, follow up without being chased, communicate clearly, and take ownership of revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Call, WhatsApp, email, and follow up with leads.
- Qualify prospects and book sales appointments.
- Run discovery calls to understand the client’s website needs, goals, budget, and urgency.
- Pitch Yunolabs using the sales deck, feature deck, and platform materials.
- Handle objections around pricing, freelancers, agencies, templates, and timelines.
- Guide clients through account creation, project setup, subscription payment, and deposit payment.
- Coordinate handover to the design/project team after payment is confirmed.
- Keep the CRM/pipeline updated at all times.
- Send clear client updates without needing reminders.
- Track sales activity, conversion rates, lost reasons, and revenue closed.
- Follow up after launch for satisfaction, testimonials, and referrals.
Requirements
- Native / bilingual English language skills
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling websites, SaaS, digital marketing, software, IT, agency, or business services
- Proven ability to close deals, not just service accounts.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Clear spoken and written communication.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, directors, and marketing managers.
- Able to manage a pipeline using CRM, spreadsheets, or sales tracking tools.
- Self-directed and able to solve problems without waiting for instructions.
- Actively improves their own sales skills through self-learning, feedback, and practice.
