Responsibilities
Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: $3,800 - $4,500 (Based on Experience)
Location: Toa Payoh
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
- Monthly Rest Days: 6 Days
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage interior decoration and renovation projects
- Supervise project activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and site progress
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant operating procedures and safety requirements
- Resolve project issues and maintain effective communication among stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior decoration or renovation projects in Singapore
- Proven experience managing and supervising project operations
- Familiar with Singapore interior fit-out and renovation procedures
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines
- Good communication and team management abilities
