Job Description

Responsibilities

Student Ambassador | Campus Leadership Opportunity (Post-Exams Intake) | Networking, Communication & Leadership Development

We are a high-performance, people-focused team focused on building meaningful connections and representing opportunities with clarity, credibility, and intention.

This is a campus-based leadership and representation role for individuals who are deliberate about how they communicate, influence, and show up within their peer environment. We are looking for students who take ownership of their presence—those who value responsibility, consistency, and thoughtful communication in every interaction.

As a Student Ambassador, you will serve as a trusted point of connection within your campus community, facilitating genuine engagement and awareness through respectful, human-centred communication.

Role Focus

This role develops core capabilities in communication, networking, outreach, and informal leadership within a real campus environment.

The focus is on building:

  • Confidence, presence, and interpersonal credibility
  • Clear, structured, and natural communication skills
  • Responsible and ethical influence within peer networks
  • Discipline, consistency, and personal accountability

You will gain direct exposure to how trust, relationships, and communication shape effective outreach in real-world environments.

What You Will Do

  • Represent the organisation professionally within your campus community
  • Engage peers in meaningful, high-quality conversations
  • Share opportunities clearly, responsibly, and with good judgment
  • Support campus outreach and engagement initiatives
  • Build and maintain authentic relationships within your student network
  • Share feedback and insights from campus interactions to improve outreach effectiveness

What You Will Gain

  • Real-world experience in communication, networking, and relationship-building
  • Exposure to brand representation and campus outreach strategy
  • Leadership development through peer influence and ownership of responsibility
  • Strong improvement in confidence, articulation, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Development of discipline, accountability, and professional maturity
  • Opportunity for progression based on consistency, performance, and leadership potential
  • Experience operating in a structured, high-standard environment where responsibility is taken seriously

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are serious about developing themselves in communication, leadership, and people-facing roles.

You will be a strong fit if you are:

  • A clear, confident communicator who engages naturally and professionally
  • Self-driven and proactive, able to take initiative without constant direction
  • Responsible and trustworthy in how you represent yourself and others
  • Consistent, reliable, and disciplined in execution
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
  • Comfortable engaging peers in a respectful, structured, and thoughtful manner
  • Genuinely interested in networking, leadership, and community engagement

We prioritise mindset, maturity, and consistency over prior experience.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Due to limited intake capacity, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
