Events Assistant | Summer Events Crew (Post-Exams Intake) | Live Operations & Event Execution

We are a high-performance events team focused on delivering well-executed live experiences through precision, coordination, and disciplined on-ground execution.

This is a structured, hands-on operations role for individuals who want real exposure to how professional events are executed at a consistently high standard—from guest experience to behind-the-scenes coordination in fast-moving, live environments. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, composed, and execution-driven, especially when operating under pressure where timing, accuracy, and professionalism matter.

Every team member plays a meaningful role in ensuring events are delivered smoothly, professionally, and to standard. Role Focus

This role provides direct exposure to live event operations, coordination, and real-time execution in professional, high-standard environments.

The focus is on building:

• Strong operational discipline and awareness in live settings

• Clear and effective communication during real-time execution
• Consistency, reliability, and accountability in delivery

You will gain firsthand understanding of how structured, high-quality events are executed from preparation to completion in real operational conditions.

What You Will Do

• Handle guest registration, check-in, and professional attendee reception
• Support ushering, seating coordination, and crowd flow management
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site logistical preparation
• Coordinate programme flow, timing transitions, and live operational support
• Maintain composure, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout live events
• (Optional) Assist with basic event content capture such as photography and short-form video
