Job Description

Responsibilities

Finance Intern | Summer Intake (Post-Exams) | Mentorship, Financial Literacy & Certification Pathway (Limited Slots)

We are a focused, performance-oriented team operating in the financial services space, with a strong emphasis on education, advisory discipline, and long-term client outcomes. Our culture prioritises structured thinking, continuous improvement, and high personal responsibility. Every member is expected to think, learn, and execute with intention.

We don’t view interns as temporary support. We invest in developing capable individuals by giving structured mentorship, real exposure to professional workflows, and clear expectations around ownership, learning speed, and communication standards.

Role Focus

A structured internship designed to build a strong foundation in two key areas:

  • Practical financial literacy that supports real-life decisions and major life milestones,
  • Meaningful industry exposure for those exploring or considering a long-term path in this field.

What You’ll Do

  • Observe and support selected end-to-end workflows, including preparation, documentation, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Participate in structured training sessions, market updates, and product briefings
  • Assist in guided tasks such as research, note consolidation, presentation/template preparation, and administrative coordination
  • Learn how real processes flow from discovery to planning, execution, and review
  • Complete a final structured reflection on performance, strengths, and areas for development with mentorship feedback

What You’ll Gain (why it’s worth your summer)

  • Practical financial literacy: understanding cashflow management, saving frameworks, debt awareness, protection planning, and investing fundamentals
  • Early exposure to real-world financial decision-making frameworks used in practice
  • Clear visibility of certification and licensing pathways, with guidance on how to plan your progression strategically
  • Strong foundation in core professional skills: communication, structured thinking, discipline, and accountability

Who We Want

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who take ownership of their growth. Ideal candidates are:

  • Consistent, reliable, and responsible in meeting commitments
  • Open to feedback and willing to improve quickly
  • Curious about financial literacy, markets, or long-term planning
  • Able to communicate clearly and work in a structured environment
  • Students who want a serious, meaningful learning experience—not just an internship for exposure
  • Direct mentorship with actionable feedback designed to accelerate both personal and professional development

We value mindset, consistency, and ownership more than prior experience.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Due to limited intake capacity, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
