Luxury Watch Sales & Operations Executive (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing luxury watch business. Prior experience in the luxury watch industry is highly preferred.

Location will be at our store front - Bencoolen, 5-10 minutes walk from Bugis or Rochor station.

Salary can be discussed, with commission provided. Short working hours 1.30pm to 6pm only. Kindly email me your latest CV.

Requirements:

• Experience in the luxury watch industry is an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Carousell.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft customer invoices and sales documentation on a daily basis.
• Manage simple administrative duties and office tasks.
• Keep accurate records of watch inventory and inventory movements.
• Assist with customer enquiries and general business operations. Both offline and online.
