Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials and documentation
  • Organise and prioritise tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Calling and following up with Director's client.
  • Customer service and policy admin work
  • Other ad-hoc duties delegated by in-charge

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite and Canva
  • Organised
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
