Work Schedule - 6 Days work week, rotating shift between 7am to 11pm
8 hours shift per day, 1 week 44 hours
Break Time: 45 minutes break per day
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure food is prepared consistently and presented attractively
Assist in food preparation, including cutting, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
Assist with stock management, including stock rotation, storage, and waste minimization
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations
Support daily kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team culture
Demonstrate a positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn and grow
Requirements
Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred
Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage
Basic understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene practices
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
