Job Description

• Generate construction planning activities from tender stage to construction implementation and completion.
• Monitor and implement construction processes and work methodologies continuously as scheduled through close coordination with the entire project team.
• Provide alternative planning concepts for feasibility and or build ability of projects.
• Generate accurate scheduling reports through standard planning procedures.
• Ensure all planning aspects meet the requirements in the Company’s Quality and Safety Management System.
• Assist in preparation of Master Works Program and revise accordingly base on client requirement and site condition.
• To assist in drafting of construction method for abnormal construction activities.
• To assist the project team in monitoring design submission to all relevant authorities until obtain approval.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
• Prepare weekly progress report.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the immediate superior.

Requirement

• 3 – 5 years and above of solid related working experiences in high-rise building and/or project management.
• Able to work in fast-pace environment
• Aggressive, self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Excellent skills in planning, attentive, detailed oriented, analysed.
