Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Petaling Jaya, for a Project Executive. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage educational projects, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met efficiently. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across teams. The role also involves supporting strategic initiatives, monitoring project progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Proficiency in project coordination, time management, and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in report writing, data analysis, and maintaining accurate project documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to various deadlines
- Knowledge of the education sector or experience in an academic environment is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
