About the Roles

We are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Executive to join our team in Tuas. This permanent position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, along with a competitive salary package and bonus. The role provides an opportunity to lead customer service and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth logistics processes while enjoying a stable work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and guide the customer service team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, managing documentation and resolving issues efficiently.
• Track and monitor shipments to guarantee prompt clearance and delivery.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing operations to meet established KPIs.
• Process customer billing and invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare reports and conduct data analysis using Microsoft Office tools.
• Maintain a safe working environment and communicate safety updates to the team.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, develop SOPs, and ensure compliance to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and quality standards, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• A Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Proven hands-on experience supervising warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and resolve them proactively.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
