Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Singapore. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors, managing documentation, resolving operational issues, and tracking milestones. The role involves monitoring material readiness, following up on orders, and ensuring inspections and logistics are aligned with project timelines. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement by identifying risks, proposing corrective actions, and reporting project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including experience in Project Management methodologies, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with expediting activities, including working as an Expeditor and handling Expediting tasks to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Knowledge of Inspection processes, quality checks, and compliance with project or industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory status, and aligning deliveries with project needs.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, construction, supply chain, business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in common office and project management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling software); experience in construction or materials-related industries is an advantage.
