Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Manager role based in Shah Alam. The Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and distribution for fresh products. This role manages day-to-day coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure 100% fulfilment to our customers.
Qualifications
- Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with experience using data to anticipate and manage supply needs.
- Proficiency in supply management and procurement, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management and stock optimization in a fast-moving or perishable goods environment.
- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in supply chain or logistics manag
ement; exposure to cold chain or food distribution is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and cross-functional team.
- Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
