Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Petaling Jaya. The Graphic Designer will translate briefs into visual concepts and assets for social media, websites, paid ads, and brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and performance goals. Day-to-day work includes designing graphics and layouts, developing logos and visual identities, preparing visuals for digital channels, and collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and account managers. The role also involves adapting and optimizing creative for different platforms, preparing files for production or handoff to developers, and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data. The designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to brand and campaign concepts, and maintain organized design assets and documentation.


Qualifications


  • Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to produce clear, compelling visuals across digital formats.
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding to build and evolve distinct, coherent visual identities.
  • Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for hierarchy, legibility, and on-brand type selection.
  • Skilled in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; or equivalent).
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital-first work for social media, websites, and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable receiving and integrating feedback.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, basic video editing, or UI layout is a plus.
