Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and committed Production Operator to support our Battery Recycling Plant operations. In this role, you will be responsible for crushing processes, material handling, and ensuring smooth day-to-day production activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and select appropriate crushing machines based on different material types
• Prepare and transfer crushed materials to the warehouse efficiently
• Perform daily operational tasks, primarily hands-on/manual work
• Support outdoor activities when required, including water treatment and battery-related processes
• Ensure accurate receipt of materials from internal departments
• Maintain daily records and update crushing log sheets accurately
• Perform basic preventive maintenance (PM) for crushing equipment
• Support timely delivery of production output to meet customer requirements
• Maintain proper 5S housekeeping standards and adhere to all safety practices

Job Requirements

• Minimum O Level qualification or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing operations preferred
• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience
• Able to read and understand English for work instructions and safety guidelines
• Positive work attitude with strong teamwork mindset
• Forklift operation experience is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in PPE and in a ventilated industrial environment
• Willing to work overtime when required (in accordance with MOM regulations)
