Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for Singapore roles (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
2. Manage performance reviews, compensation/benefits (CPF, leave) per Singapore Employment Act.
3. Resolve employee relations issues and ensure MOM compliance.
4. Design training programs and drive employee engagement/retention.
5. Oversee payroll and HR documentation (contracts, records).
