Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily processing kitchen operations and food preparation
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
Clean and maintain equipment and tools
Fish Processing Duties
Weigh, de-ice, de-head, and fillet fish
Trim fish, remove pin bones, and skin fish
Wash and pack fillets according to company SOP and required pack sizes
Handle excess fish in accordance with company procedures
General Duties
Follow instructions from the Factory Manager, supervisors, and management
Perform tasks responsibly, diligently, and in line with company standards
Adhere to company policies and code of conduct
Act in the best interest of the company at all times
Requirements
Must be physically fit and able to carry boxes of fish weighing approximately 20 kg each
Expected to handle up to 80 boxes per day as part of daily operations
Prior experience in food processing, kitchen operations, or factory work is preferred
Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physically fit and able to meet lifting and manual handling demands
Must possess a valid food hygiene certificate
