Job Summary

Grid Architect Pte Ltd is seeking a Bookkeeper to support the company’s financial record keeping and daily accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring transactions, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies between financial records and bank transactions
• Record and monitor company sales and revenue to maintain up-to-date financial data
• Manage accounts payable by tracking invoice due dates and ensuring timely payments
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer payments to optimize cash flow
• Maintain accurate financial records to support business operations, tax reporting, and internal decision-making
• Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
