Job Title: Desktop Engineer (Windows/ SCCM / Intune)
Monthly Salary: $7,500 – $9,800 SGD
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Windows Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune
• Create and manage application packaging for deployment across the enterprise
• Develop and maintain task sequences for OSD (Operating System Deployment)
• Manage Windows patching rings and update compliance using Update rings for Windows 10/11
• Create and enforce configuration baselines and compliance policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures and application compatibility issues
• Maintain driver libraries and firmware update processes for all endpoint models
• Collaborate with security team to ensure endpoint hardening and compliance
• Generate reports on endpoint health, compliance, and deployment status
• Document SOE standards, build processes, and troubleshooting guides
• Evaluate new Microsoft Endpoint Manager features and recommend adoption
• Support Windows 11 migration projects and modern provisioning (Autopilot)
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop engineering and endpoint management
• Expert knowledge of SCCM (architecture, distribution points, boundary groups, reporting)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and co-management scenarios
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and modern provisioning methods
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate required
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) for imaging
• Experience with third-party patch management tools (Patch My PC, Scappman) is a plus
