We are seeking a proactive IT Support Executive to provide technical support for restaurant outlets and corporate office operations. The role is responsible for maintaining IT systems, POS systems, hardware, software, networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, email, printers, and network issues.
Set up and maintain user accounts, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents promptly.
Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
Restaurant Systems Support
Support POS systems, payment terminals, kitchen display systems, and related applications.
Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues affecting restaurant operations.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Infrastructure & Security
Maintain office and outlet networks, Wi-Fi, computers, and peripherals.
Monitor system updates, antivirus protection, backups, and cybersecurity practices.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Project & Vendor Coordination
Assist with IT procurement, software licensing, and vendor management.
Support new outlet openings, system implementations, and IT projects.
Prepare documentation, user guides, and basic IT reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of IT support experience preferred.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Experience supporting POS systems or F&B operations is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to travel between office and restaurant outlets when required.
