Responsibilities
Work Location: Site-based work across Singapore | Kaki Bukit office base
Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
Salary: Basic up to $ 3,010 per month + $ 350 Allowances + AWS + VB
Job Description
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspection of lift and escalator systems
- Troubleshoot and repair system faults and technical issues
- Respond to customer calls and emergency breakdowns promptly
- Complete maintenance records and service documentation
- Report safety issues and defective components to supervisors
- Ensure all work follows safety standards and regulations
- Attend toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Service lifts at residential, office and commercial buildings
Requirements
- NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Environment (Vertical Transportation)
- At least 1 years lift industry experience preferred
- Valid driving license preferred
- Willing to work at various sites across Singapore
