Operations & Coordination

• Oversee daily bunker operations and vessel scheduling.
• Liaise with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities to ensure smooth bunker delivery arrangements.
• Monitor loading/discharging activities for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and verify all operational documents including BDNs, cargo documents, delivery reports, SOFs, and port documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo quantities, fuel transfers, and inventory movements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide timely management updates.

Compliance & Safety

• Conduct spot checks on bunker operations to ensure adherence to safety standards, maritime regulations, and company policies.
• Support emergency response and incident handling as required.

Issue Resolution

• Coordinate with internal departments on claims, discrepancies, and operational delays. Handle post-fixture matters and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Track vessel movements and keep customers informed on operational status.
