Job Purpose

Technical support for IoT solutions

Responsibilities

·        Monitor and maintain temperature monitoring IoT system including hardware and AWS cloudsystem

·        Participatein IoT pre-sales work to gather customer requirement and conduct site survey atcustomer place

·        Configure IoT devices for new customer, test and deploy the devices to customer site

·        Support customer after deployment including answering customer queries, troubleshooting,and fixing issues, etc

·        Document and maintain any IT documentation regarding IT infrastructure, procedures, usersupport issue and resolution
