Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to oversee technical aspects of engineering projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company objectives and successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion to meet company objectives
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical reports to guide project execution
• Conduct site inspections to assess risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success and resolve issues
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly during the project lifecycle to maintain progress
• Prepare and present clear project progress reports to senior management to inform decision-making
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
• 3-5 years of project engineering experience, preferably in construction design and M&E
• Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization
