- Hands-on experience with SMT equipment setup, programming, and parameter optimization (e.g., printers, placement machines, reflow ovens, AOI/SPI).
- Proficiency in data analysis, process characterization, and root cause analysis using tools such as SPC, Pareto, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams.
- Understanding of electronic components, PCB design for manufacturability, and soldering standards (e.g., IPC-A-610 or equivalent).
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures with clear technical communication.
- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), engineering change implementation, and process validation in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality systems, EHS practices, and lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and design teams on-site.
