Job Title: Release / Deployment Coordinator
Monthly Salary: $7,000 – $9,200 SGD
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate release packages across development, testing, and production environments
• Manage release scheduling and communication with all stakeholders
• Verify deployment evidence and rollback plans are in place
• Coordinate deployment activities across multiple teams
• Track release progress and report status to project leadership
• Maintain release calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Facilitate release readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions
• Ensure proper version control and artifact management
• Support deployment automation initiatives (CI/CD pipelines)
• Maintain release documentation and compliance records
• Coordinate post-deployment validation and handover to operations
• Identify and implement release process improvements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in release or deployment coordination
• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and build tools (Jenkins)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• ITIL certification preferred
• Experience with automated deployment tools (Ansible, Octopus Deploy) a plus
• Ability to work under pressure during deployment windows
