Requirement:

Cidb Green Card & Site manager level 3 certificate / minimum 4 years experience as site manager in construction / Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction works on site.

Ensure project quality, safety, and workmanship standards are met.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Prepare site reports, records, and documentation.

Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
