Temporary Finance Assistant

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

You will support the Finance team in conducting a dataverification exercise to reconcile Onboard Centre (OC) fees collection records.

Key duties include:

• Verify OC fees collection records against relevant data sources for accuracy
• Identify and flag payment discrepancies
• Identify records requiring corrections
• Document discrepancies in a clear and organised manner
• Assist in updating and correcting records as required

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (meticulous and detail-oriented)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data filtering)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills
• Prior experience in data verification, data reconciliation, or similar roles is preferred
