APM Plastics Hiring! Full Time Executive, Production Engineering in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

What you'll be doing:

Objective:

· To ensure the Production Department have all necessary resources and instructions to produce products that are within the specifications provided by the Technical Department.

· To oversees the development of PFMEAS, SOPs, SWCs, Layout Study, Time Studies and Capacity studies to ensure that production is run at an optimal level.

Key Accountabilities:

· Engineering Support for Production: Provide production teams with detailed work instructions, tools, and resources based on Technical Department specifications to ensure products are manufactured to meet technical specifications with minimal defects or deviations.

· Standardization and Compliance: Enforce adherence to ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) and IATF 16949 standards and monitor compliance with regulatory and company standards through audits and reviews to ensure certification and audit readiness with a track record of compliance with consistent operational practices that align with global quality and safety standards.

· Process Documentation and Analysis: Develop and update PFMEAs, SOPs, SWCs, Layout Study, Time Studies, Capacity Studies, AMS, IR4.0 as well as conduct analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in production workflows.

· Continuous Improvement Initiatives (Kaizen): Lead and implement Kaizen projects to address process inefficiencies and enhance productivity to ensure improved processes and reduced waste, leading to cost savings and higher output quality.

What we're looking for:

· Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical (Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial)

· Professional Experience:

· Preferably 1-2 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing

· Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
