Hasbul Brothers is a Training & Consulting Company based in Cyberjaya, Selangor since 2011. This year, we want to guide over 5,000 entrepreneurs and we need you to help us stand out from the crowd. We need someone that has a high passion for sales admin, is highly creative, and is committed to achieving great results together.

Here are the responsibilities:

• Engage with new leads via Whatsapp from Meta Ads, Tiktok, or other platform.
• Follow up with prospects until the sale is successfully closed.
• Handle inquiries from businesses such as restaurant, catering services, wholesaler, resellers.
• Liaise with customers to confirm orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Support customer service and after-sales coordination when required.
• To provide excellent service consultation to the client based on customer feedback.
• To maintain good relationship with existing client and new clients.
• Identify and resolve customer issues according to the products and services provided by the company.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Important - At least 1 year of working experience specializing in Sales/ Business Development or equivalent.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or any related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skill.
• Highly motivated in sales.
• Able to resolve sales-related issues and achieve sales targets.
