Key Responsibilities

Inventory Operator

• Conduct inventory counting, cycle counts, and stock audits.
• Monitor stock accuracy and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Perform stock adjustments and inventory reconciliation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure proper stock placement and storage according to warehouse procedures.
• Support inventory analysis and reporting activities.

Return Operator

• Receive, inspect, and process returned goods.
• Verify returned items against system records and return documentation.
• Identify product conditions and classify items for restocking, repair, disposal, or further investigation.
• Maintain accurate records of return transactions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve return-related issues.

Inbound Operator

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against delivery documents.
• Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies upon arrival.
• Perform goods receiving transactions in the WMS.
• Label, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Ensure timely put-away of received inventory.

Outbound Operator

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure proper packaging standards.
• Conduct shipment scanning and system updates before dispatch.
• Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain shipment records and resolve outbound discrepancies.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS or inventory systems are preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual warehouse tasks.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
