Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Return operations.
• Allocate manpower and resources to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily productivity and ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensure all warehouse processes are executed according to SOPs and customer requirements.
• Support operational planning and workload management.

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse operators.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and existing employees.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational priorities to the team.
• Promote teamwork and a positive working environment.

Inventory & Quality Control

• Monitor inventory handling processes to ensure stock accuracy.
• Support cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or operational issues.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout warehouse operations.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce workplace safety regulations and warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Report safety incidents, near misses, and operational risks promptly.
• Support implementation of safety improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
• Escalate operational challenges and exceptions to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
• Participate in process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably with team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, or Return processes.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
