Key Responsibilities

Inbound Operations Management

• Supervise daily receiving activities and ensure timely unloading, verification, and put-away of inbound shipments.
• Monitor inbound productivity and ensure compliance with operational SOPs.
• Coordinate with transportation, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve receiving discrepancies.
• Ensure all inbound transactions are accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory audits.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory reports and implement corrective actions to improve stock integrity.
• Ensure proper inventory storage, location management, and stock rotation practices.

Return Operations Management

• Manage the receiving, inspection, and processing of returned products.
• Ensure returned items are accurately classified and processed according to company procedures.
• Investigate return-related issues and work with relevant departments to identify root causes and preventive measures.
• Monitor return processing turnaround time and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of warehouse operators and team leaders.
• Monitor workforce productivity and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and development activities.
• Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork.

Operational Excellence

• Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs related to productivity, inventory accuracy, receiving performance, and return processing.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to warehouse management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inbound operations, inventory control, and return management processes.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
