Kum Hoi Engineering Industries Hiring! Full Time Production Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Job Scope:

a) Supervise, coordinate, and manage the assembly team to meet production goals and deadlines.

b) Optimize assembly processes and make sure comply with company standards, specifications, and safety regulations.

c) Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and production departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

d) Support Production Manager to motivate, train, counsel and discipline employees.

e) Ensure production quality, 5 ‘S’ and safety standards are complied with.

f) Provide production records and other performance indices to the Production Manager whenever required.

g) Any other responsibility assigned by Production Manager from time to time.

Requirements:

a) Minimum SPM or equivalent.

b) At least 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical assembly process (electrical panels, enclosures, alignment &balancing, basic electrical wiring and so on)

c) Able to read and understand comprehensive assembly drawings and documents.

d) Having strong supervisory and leadership skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
