Restaurant Service Staff – Beirut Grill

Beirut Grill is looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team! As a member of our service staff, you will play a key role in providing an authentic Lebanese dining experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and enjoys exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and seat guests, making them feel at homeRecommend menu items and answer any questions about our Lebanese specialties
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
Serve dishes and beverages promptly while ensuring top-notch presentation
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Set up tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Follow hygiene, food handling, and sanitation standards
Work closely with the team to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but a great attitude matters most!
Strong communication & people skills – friendly, professional, and attentive
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food & beverage service techniques (or a willingness to learn)
Flexible availability – evenings, weekends & holidays
