Job Summary

Support management in planning and executing business strategies by coordinating operations, analyzing performance data, and ensuring compliance. Facilitate budgeting, stakeholder communication, and project monitoring to enhance efficiency and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to plan and execute business strategies effectively
• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business documents for management review
• Analyze business performance data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize financial planning
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
• Organize meetings by preparing agendas and accurately recording minutes for follow-up
• Monitor project timelines and track deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity
