RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process delivery orders and invoices accurately and promptly
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics personnel to ensure timely fulfilment
• Handle credit note processing and stock transfer transactions
• Process documentation for returned goods and ensure records are complete
• Submit e-invoices according to customers' requirements
• Attend to customers' enquiries and service requests in a professional manner
• Ensure all outstanding documents are updated, properly filed, and maintained in compliance with ISO documentation requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum GCE ‘O' Level qualification
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in backend customer service or sales support
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage

• Work location: 2 Pandan Road, Singapore 609254
• Working hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
• One-way transport pickup provided from Clementi MRT
