Key Responsibilities

1. Site SupervisionMonitor daily construction activities.Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
2. Quality ControlInspect materials and workmanship.Ensure construction meets quality standards and project requirements.Report and rectify defects or non-conformities.
3. Planning and CoordinationAssist in project scheduling and work planning.Coordinate site activities to avoid delays.Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
4. Health and SafetyEnforce safety regulations and procedures.Conduct site safety inspections.Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
5. Technical SupportInterpret engineering drawings and technical documents.Solve technical issues that arise during construction.Provide guidance to site personnel.
6. Documentation and ReportingMaintain site records, reports, and progress documentation.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Record material usage and site activities.
7. Material and Resource ManagementMonitor material deliveries and inventory.Ensure proper use of equipment and resources.Coordinate procurement requirements with project management.
